Refund Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within 48 hours. Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Don't send them back. Contact us with a photo within 14 days and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date, contact us for a full refund or free reshipment.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
