By using Trendora (trendoraaco.myshopify.com) you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the current version is always on this page.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and send a confirmation email. If a product is unavailable or mispriced, we will contact you to arrange a refund or an alternative before shipping.

Pricing and payment

All prices include VAT where applicable. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery

We ship worldwide, free of charge. Estimated delivery times and the risks of delay are described in our Shipping Policy. In the rare case an item is lost in transit, we will replace or refund it.

Returns and refunds

Your right to return items is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly between screens. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, we will replace or refund it - just contact us within 14 days with a photo.

Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
